CEK's 2012 Easter Menu

Long gone are the holidays spent with parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles where we would have a minimum of 20 people at each holiday. All of us 'kids' got older, married, had children of our own and homes just couldn't accommodate all of us at the same time, but the wonderful memories still remain.

This year, I'm only cooking for 6 people, but of course I still have to have a variety! Here is what I will be preparing this Sunday and since it's my first Easter with you, I don't have actual recipes for most of these items (yet!) but I will be posting them next week so you can make them anytime throughout the year. If you really want to know how to make something before Sunday, email me at carrieexpktchn@optonline.net or post a comment below and I can at least tell you how I'm preparing it (though I won't have measurements).

Wishing all of you a wonderful Passover and Easter holiday! xo
