My son plays sled hockey an...Great article, Carrie!<br />My son plays sled hockey and wheelchair basketball, and there is very little in terms of nutritional advice given to him from his coaches (and this goes back to previous teams in previous states--it's pervasive). And, since there isn't another team to play against here, playing a simple game involves travel and hotel stays which adds another layer to keeping a good nutritional intake.<br />I've had success bringing muffins for the road, and having team dinners in the hotel breakfast room (pasta or tacos, made at home and reheated).<br />Thanks!Farm Fresh Feastshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12041936193523304515noreply@blogger.com
