Grilled Chicken with Summer Fruit Salsa

Are you looking for a light, summer dinner to serve the family? Then this is the perfect dish for you! Fresh peaches and mangoes tossed with Heirloom tomatoes, fresh lime juice and balsamic vinegar gives plain, boring grilled chicken that WOW factor! Not only was this FABULOUS on the chicken, but I bet it would taste great on top of boneless pork chops or fish, like shrimp or salmon, or maybe even just on it's own with some tortilla chips as an appetizer.

  1. This looks fantastic!! I love salsa like that instead of the regular ol'stuff. Definitely looks like a good one to try!

  2. this looks yummy.... I love fruit and veggies salsa's. Have some mangos and peaches cut up in the fridge ~ may just add some extra stuff to them. This would be good with cucumbers too.

    1. It sure would! Thanks for stopping by :)

  3. This really does make my mouth water! LOVE the combo of the fruit/veggies to top off the tasty chicken. Thanks ever so much for linking up at Weekend Potluck!
