Under 400 Calories: Main Entrees eCookbook

The next installment in my eCookbook series is finished!

If you're watching your caloric intake like I am, then this compilation of recipes is for you. This 59 page downloadable eBook contains 50 recipes featuring poultry, beef, pork, pasta and non meat entrees; all under 400 calories to help ease your daily menu planning. Each recipe also comes with nutritional information such as calories, fat, carbohydrates, sugar and fiber calculated by Calorie Count based on the ingredients I have used in creating each dish.

Head over to the eStore Tab and download your copy of Under 400 Calories: Main Entrees or the Desserts book today!

eStore is now LIVE!

If you read the latest newsletter, I gave a hint as to what will be coming. But if you haven't, then let me fill you in...I've opened my own eStore!

In the coming weeks and months, I will be creating a series of downloadable eCookbooks based on recipes created here at Carrie's Experimental Kitchen. If you're like me, it's easier to find inspiration when like items are grouped together. For example, Desserts, Under 400 Calories, Appetizers, Soup, Poultry, Beef, Salads, etc.

To start, I've created my first eCookbook entitled, Desserts: 50+ recipes to satisfy every sweet tooth, which can be viewed and downloaded on the eStore Tab.  I chose this category first for two reasons. One, it was the most popular selection during a recent online poll. Two, the holidays will be here before you know it!

Check the eStore often to see what's new and if you have any suggestions or other products you'd like to see in the store, please comment below.

eCookbook Poll

I've had this idea to create separate eCookbooks on my to-do list for quite some time and wanted to get your opinions on the subject since you would be the ones most interested in purchasing them.

The downloadable pdf ebook would be a compilation of recipes I've already created broken out by separate categories and offered at a very low cost (under $5).  I don't know about you, but I sometimes find it easier to look for a recipe when it's grouped with other like items I'm specifically looking for.

Please log onto the main page of the Carrie's Experimental Kitchen website (if you're reading this through your rss or email subscriptions) and take the poll on the top left corner. If there is another topic you'd rather see, please comment in the section below. Here is the question with the responses to choose from so you can think about it before voting.

If you were to purchase a downloadable eBook at a low cost, which topics would you be most interested in?
1. Cooking with Beer, Wine and Spirits
2. Under 400 Calories
3. 30 Days, 30 Dinners
4. Desserts/Holiday Baking
5. Separate eBook categories (Appetizers, Soup, Salad, Poultry, Meat, Sides, Vegetables)
6. Other

Thank you for voting!
